Our Role

Due to our extensive assessing experience, we are able to identify and resolve the most complex assessment and exemption problems. After our services are engaged, we provide our clients with the necessary paperwork to be completed so that we can make a timely filing with the appropriate agency. We analyze the property's assessed valuation and prepare a detailed presentation for the hearing. We act as agent for our client throughout the process, including advising and monitoring the selected law firm until completion of the legal proceedings.

Our Fee

Our fee will be based upon an agreed-upon percentage of the tax savings that are achieved. We do not charge a fee for our costs of filing with the Tax Commission or Department of Finance. In the event that a separate legal fee is earned, in accordance with our agreement, we will reduce our fee so that the total of both fees will never exceed the original, agreed-upon contingency fee.

Other Services

We also offer clients other real estate tax consulting services, including post-construction real estate tax projections for banks and developers.
